Alise Sanderson
Miss California High School Rodeo

A member of the Dynamite District 9 of the California High School Rodeo Association, Alise represents their state association at events throughout California.  In July she attended the National High School Rodeo Finals in Springfield, IL to compete for the National Queen title.  She placed tenth overall out of forty-six contestants, placing eighth in the impromptu speech and tenth in the the two-minute speech.  A high school senior, Alise competes in the Break Away Roping, Barrel Racing and Pole Bending.

"High school rodeo has opened so many new doors for me, and I've made many new friends that I hope will last a life time.  I have learned to take on new responsibilities, and deal with the challenges they may present."
