Corn Palace Stampede

Brielle Yackley is the new Corn Palace Stampede Rodeo Jr. Queen. Brielle was crowned July 19, 2007 at the first of four rodeo performance of the Corn Palace Stampede Rodeo held in Mitchell , South Dakota .  Every third weekend in July thousands of people gather there to attend the nightly PRCA rodeo performances, as well as the many other entertaining activities that are provided throughout Rodeo Week.

Brielle is thirteen years old and is an honor student participating in student government, orchestra, basketball, and volleyball.  Brielle is a member of the EZ Riders 4-H Club where she is vice president.

Every since she was four years old, Brielle has been on a horse competing in barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying and break away roping.  Her past queen/princess titles include Wessington Springs Foothills Rodeo Princess, Glacial Lakes 4-H Rodeo Ambassador, and Dakota  Stampede Rodeo Princess.  She recently competed at the National Jr. High School Rodeo Finals in Gallup , New Mexico in pole bending.

Brielle is excited and honored to represent a great rodeo heritage such as the Corn Palace Stampede.
