Vonna Victor
Miss Indian Rodeo 2008

Vonna Victor was crowned Miss Indian Rodeo 2008 during the 32nd annual Indian National Finals Rodeo at the Apache Gold Casino in San Carlos , Arizona .  She is a member of the Navajo Nation from Bloomfield , New Mexico and is the daughter of Charlene Francisco and Danny H. Victor.  She recently graduated with honors from the University of New Mexico with her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education.  She enjoys working with children, photography, and barrel races for the NBHA New Mexico District-1 and the Navajo Nation Rodeo Cowboys Association.  Throughout her reign as Miss Indian Rodeo she will be representing the Indian National Finals Rodeo and the INFR regions across Native America.  She invites everyone to the 33rd Annual Indian National Finals Rodeo and 2009 Miss Indian Rodeo Pageant in Las Vegas , NV at the South Point Casino, October 2-5, 2008.

The Miss Indian Rodeo pageant is open to all young women of the fifty United States who are between the ages of 18 and 25, and enrolled with a tribal affiliation.  For more information visit the Indian National Finals Rodeo website.
